Goa Paves The Way To Cashless Without Smart Phone




Goa is introducing cashless transaction without smart phone. Just by dialing *99# , one can start a cashless transaction. This system helps small vendors who cannot afford swiping machine. Goa government making arrangements to introduce cashless transactions by December 31st everywhere. In addition to swiping machines, Goa iOn an experimental basis to create awareness government is introducing cashless transactions from Monday onwards at Places like Panaji and Mopusa. There will not be limit on transfer of money. Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar assured that there will not be any additional charge for cashless transactions through mobile. Defense minister Manohar Parikkar who is ex chief minister of Goa held a meeting with officials of public sector and private banks. Modalities to implement the cashless scheme in the state were discussed during this meeting.s trying to implement cashless transactions on an ordinary cell phone.
